Australia's first high efficiency ducted Air Conditioning filter recommended by National Asthma Council Australia’s Sensitive Choice® program

The AirClean Filter™ is designed to maintain a healthy Air Conditioning system and help remove pollutants that can cause Asthma and allergies. Ideal for families and children suffering from Asthma and allergies (including Hayfever) to help catch pollutants in your home. Disposable filter to stop mould and spore growth commonly seen on washable panel filters. Recommended by Sensitive Choice, an initiative of the National Asthma Council Australia.

Air Clean Filters™ have a high efficiency V-pleat filter designed to trap pollutants that are over 10 times smaller when compared to traditional panel filters. By trapping these pollutants, not only does the filter keep the unit cleaner and running more efficiently, but it also helps to ensure the air around us stays cleaner.

Benefits:

  • Energy savings: Keeps indoor unit and ducts cleaner for maximum efficiency

  • V-Pleat Design: 2.7 times larger surface area for more holding capacity

These high efficiency filters are rated G4 to EN779.2012, AS1324.2 and are suitable for residential and commercial variable air volume systems. The operating face velocity ranges are from 0 to 2.54m/sec and can be used for air conditioning, heating or ventilation.

AirClean Filters™ are 25mm nominal thickness and are designed to easily slide into existing and new return air grilles. The 5mm and 10mm inserts can provide extra length or width if required. They are available in standard and non-standard sizes. Custom size filters can be made to order as required.

NOTES

  • Filters do not come with the return air grille, Price is for the filter only. Filter comes installed in an aluminium frame that is installed into the existing grille.
  • CUSTOM ORDERS - Please ensure you specify D1 and D2 dimensions (See photos for measuring reference sheet). It will make a difference in the way we make the filter to ensure it will fit. D1 is always the length of the filter that slides into the grille ((the Length) and D2 is the Width of the filter between the slides in the grille.
